Ambulatory Study

Sleep, Health, and Wellness Project

The Ambulatory Study

When individuals are participating in the Sleep, Health, and Wellness Ambulatory Study, they will be asked to complete three separate activities over one working day.

Activities

  1. Wear an ambulatory blood pressure monitor
  2. Provide six saliva samples
  3. Complete an activity diary

In total, participation in this part of the Sleep, Health, and Wellness study will be eight hours. Participants will be asked to wear the monitor, provide the saliva samples, and complete the activity diary as they go about their normal working day. During this time, you will go about your normal daily activities with two exceptions; you will not be able to shower or bath, nor will you be able to go swimming.
