Activity Diary

Throughout the Sleep, Health, and Wellness Ambulatory Study you will be  asked to complete an Activity Diary. This diary will ask you questions about the activity you were engaged in when a blood pressure measure was taken, whether you were sitting, standing, or lying down, the level of social contact you had prior to the measurement, and your current mood.

Examining these mood and social variables will allow us to see if levels of social contact (being surround by friends, colleagues, etc) contribute to how our blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day.

The activity diary will be a short paper-and-pencil book that will be easy to keep with you throughout the Sleep, Health, and Wellness Ambulatory Study
